The medically complex rehabilitation program at TLC Care Center offers a vast array of services for individuals who have experienced a functional decline in the presence of complex medical problems.
We use a team approach that guide patients through treatment regimens to so that patients can safely return home.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
TLC’s short-term rehabilitation program combines outstanding individualized care with an understanding of the need for a friendly and effective therapeutic approach.
Each member of our physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams works with the professional nursing staff and physicians to develop a program tailored to the patient’s individual needs.
Our short-term rehabilitation program works with patients of all ages and is designed to support and give confidence to patients as they work toward returning to their normal activities. We are committed to restoring health and independence to those we treat.
